Join us for an online Listening Event focused on how medical conditions are supported in schools. The session is designed to feel relaxed, supportive, and comfortable for everyone attending.

During the event we will:

• Share a short presentation on the government’s Supporting Pupils with Medical Conditions at School consultation
• Ask for your experiences, views, and opinions
• Use what you share to help shape our response to the government consultation
• If issues arise that aren’t directly related to the consultation, we may share these with the Designated Clinical Officer for SEND. This is an NHS role that checks health services are meeting their legal duties for children and young people (0–25) with SEND

Privacy and recording

To help us take accurate notes, the session will be recorded. The recording is for internal notetaking only and will be deleted once the information has been captured. We take privacy seriously and our privacy policy is available for you to read.

As Kingston PCF is run by parents of children with SEND, we may need to turn cameras off, mute ourselves, or step away briefly to support our children. We understand that other parents may need to do the same.

Everyone will have the opportunity to contribute if they wish. If you prefer to share something privately, you can send a direct message to the admin team in the Zoom chat.
