Parenting can be tough, and finding the right support isn’t always
easy. That’s why we run a friendly weekly group just for parents
and carers like you.

Join us for a chance to:
 meet others who understand your journey
 get information and support
 share experiences in a welcoming, judgment-free
space

Whether you need advice, a listening ear, or just a break
with people who “get it,” we’d love to see you there! This is a
child free session, just for you. Drop in, no need to book.

When: Mondays from 1:15pm to 2:30pm
