The SEND Reform Consultation is open from 23rd February 2026 until the 18th May at 11.59pm. During this time the Kingston Parent Carer Forum is doing all to understand, share and be part of the conversation. We will be responding at National, Regional and Local level and intend to enter a Kingston PCF response to the SEND Consultation Questions before the deadline. We know it is a huge task so we have worked hard to identify key themes that effect us locally in Kingston and over a period of five weeks we will be asking one key question each week; 5 weeks, 5 questions, 5 minutes.
